Graber Windsor Swag C Rings make it easy to create swag and cascade window treatments.
  • Fabric scarf lifts into place from back of C-ring.
  • To hold fabric tight, insert fabric into back clip. Press tightly into place. No hook and loop tape required
  • Tuck fabric into C ring fingers to create crisp, neat folds

These C Rings are inserted into each end of the Windsor Curtain Rod so that you can make a swag window treatment. Available in Bright Brass Only.
