Cloud Valance with Standup Ruffle

The Cloud valance is a stationary treatment that resembles a cloud shade. Fabrics with some crispness and body are recommended. This balloon-type valance features a permanently gathered heading created with a variety of styles and sizes of shirring tapes (i.e., 1", 2" or 4"). A ruffle is optional. The cloud valance has triple fullness in width. Measurement Tips • Face Width – Measured from end of board to end of board. • Finished Length – Measured from the top of the board or ruffle if specified to the long point.
