Goblet Pleat Drapes

Goblet pleats are the most elegant and elaborate of the pleated headings. For each pleat, a loop of fabric is cinched at the base, forming a goblet shape. Because opening and closing the draperies would crush the pleats, goblet-pleated draperies are always stationary. Rich, deeply textured fabrics lend themselves to goblet pleats.
