Phifer Style 4500 is thinner and lighter weight designed with a full basket weave making it ideal for applications that require more opaque and non-directional fabric. The 5% openness of this fabric is typically put to use as a solar fabric for solar shades and other solar control applications. The color chalk in the Phifer Style 4500 is also commonly used for home theater screen material.
