Shipping and Delivery

Free Shipping
Free shipping* on fabric, wallpaper and trim orders $400 or more per manufacturer within the contiguous United States.

Delivery times vary by product type and manufacturer. Many items ship directly from the manufacturer, and some orders may ship in separate packages (especially when ordering multiple brands).
Order flow: Orders submitted through our website are reviewed for accuracy and availability before payment is processed. After review, we issue an invoice for approval/payment. Orders are released for fulfillment once payment is received (or when a PayPal authorization is captured after review). Unless otherwise noted on the product page, most customers receive in-stock items within approximately 7–14 business days after the order is confirmed. (Business days exclude weekends and holidays.)

Within the contiguous United States:
Most of our products ship directly from the manufacturer, so carrier selection may vary. Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout when available. If an item requires special handling (oversize, freight, remote delivery, or similar), we will contact you with options and pricing before issuing an invoice.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories:
Shipping may require additional options or surcharges depending on item type and size. If your checkout total does not include a final shipping amount, we will email options and pricing for approval before issuing an invoice.

International shipping is available: We will email international shipping options (USPS when available, or FedEx/UPS) before we issue an invoice. We do not process payment until you approve the full order total, including shipping. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges including taxes, duties and border fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Express / Expedited shipping: If expedited shipping is selected, we will email available options and pricing (Overnight, 2-Day, etc.) for approval before we issue an invoice. Once you select an option and payment is received, the order will be released for fulfillment. Please note that manufacturer processing and carrier delivery times are not guaranteed, including same-day shipment.

Tracking & split shipments:
Many orders ship in multiple boxes and/or from multiple locations (especially when ordering from different brands). Tracking details are provided when available once shipments are confirmed.

P.O. Boxes:
Some items cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to carrier and size limitations. If a P.O. Box is provided and a carrier restriction applies, we will contact you for an alternate delivery address before issuing an invoice.

Signature delivery (optional):
Signature delivery may be available for certain shipments upon request and may include an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering if you would like a signature-required delivery option.

Shipping address accuracy:
Please verify your shipping address carefully. Customers are responsible for address accuracy. If a package must be re-routed or re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional carrier fees may apply.

Refused deliveries:
Refused shipments may be treated as returns and may be subject to return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees (if returnable under the product’s category policy).

Freight / truck deliveries:
Freight deliveries are typically curbside and may require a delivery appointment. Additional services (liftgate, inside delivery, or other accessorials) may be available by request and quoted prior to invoicing. Please inspect freight shipments at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier paperwork.

Lost or damaged packages:
InteriorDecorating.com is not responsible for loss or damage after confirmed delivery by the carrier; however, we will assist in filing carrier claims and work with you to help resolve the issue whenever possible.

Time limit: Damage or defect claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery (based on carrier tracking). Please retain all packaging and provide clear photos of the item and packaging for claim processing.

FORCE MAJEURE. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver any or all of the products if such delay or failure is caused by lockouts or other labor disputes, production interruptions or limitations, shortages or late delivery of raw materials, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control.

*Free shipping offer cannot be combined with other offers or coupons. SheerWeave and vinyl are excluded from offer. Free shipping thresholds apply per manufacturer/brand (orders from multiple brands are calculated separately).
