We will contact you with the international shipping options (USPS if available and Federal Express or UPS) before we process the order. We will not charge your credit card until you approve the whole order including shipping. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges including taxes, duties and border fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees.
International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times. InteriorDecorating.com has no control over customs processing times.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, the customer remains responsible for all original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any carrier or customs fees incurred.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier for international delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate international shipping information, including postal codes, contact numbers, and customs-required details. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or re-routing.
Some manufacturers restrict international shipment of certain products. If an item cannot be exported to your destination, we will notify you and provide available alternatives or cancel the item prior to invoicing.
International delivery estimates begin after order approval and shipment release and do not include customs processing time.
Order Approval & International Shipment Acknowledgement
International orders are processed only after the customer reviews and approves the final invoice, including merchandise, shipping charges, and applicable policies. Approval of the invoice confirms acceptance of product specifications, estimated delivery timelines, return limitations, and international shipping terms prior to shipment.
Because many products are custom cut, special order, or shipped directly from manufacturers, international orders may not be eligible for return once shipped except in the case of verified manufacturer defect or shipping damage reported within required claim timeframes.
