Traditional warp printing and hand weaving techniques are used to create this dramatic woven fabric. It features an exotically patterned stripe design that gives a new look to the classic ikat, and is woven in a crisp blend of linen and cotton yarns, which is suitable for drapery and upholstery uses. Colorations range from sophisticated neutrals to brilliant jewel and spice shades. The shade and weaving variations within each length of fabric are the signature of its hand crafting, and should be considered hallmarks of an authentic ikat fabric. |
