| Versailles Velvet (formerly Bruges) has a rich luster and sheen that gives the appearance of fine silk velvet. The lush rayon pile provides a beautiful light reflection. Versailles velvet can be used for upholstery, bedding, pillows and draperies. A robust water repellant is added during the finishing process. The weight is 16oz per square yard. Tensile Strength: Warp 88kg / Filling 98 kg with ASTM D-5034-95 Seam Tensile Strength: Warp 19kg/Filling 21.5kg ASTM D-4034-95 Slight color and finish variations are inherent to the piece dyed process. Woven and dyed in the USA. |
