Wallpaper samples are shipped free*
A $5 deposit is required per sample. While not required to return the samples, those who return them within 30 days will receive a store credit good for use on their purchases at InteriorDecorating.com.

When ordering multiple samples from different manufacturers, they can arrive at different times. International samples will be consolidated at InteriorDecorating.com before shipping out. If a sample has to be backordered, we will advise you as to the backorder date. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
Samples come in varying sizes depending on the manufacturer. We are unable to order specific sizes. In most cases, samples ship directly from the manufacturer and may contain instructions that do not apply to you.


We accept orders through our on-line secure shopping system or by fax, e-mail or phone. Please provide the item number for quicker processing.


All sales shipped out of the state of Arkansas within the United States will not be charged sales tax. Arkansas orders will be charged sales tax at the prevailing rate unless a sales tax permit is provided and verified.


We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal or proforma (payment in advance). Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged $20.00. Charges to your credit card will reflect our store, Interior Purchasing, as the charging company. All prices quoted in US$.


Most of our products are drop shipped by the manufacturer; therefore, we do not control which carrier is used. During the checkout process, you have the option to indicate that you would like notification of shipping costs before the order is completed. International shipping is available; however, please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges including taxes, duties and border fees. We will contact you with the international shipping options before we process the order. We will not charge your credit card until you approve the whole order including shipping. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees. Large and/or heavy items will require additional shipping charges. Express shipping including overnight, 2nd day, etc. are not guaranteed. We will place all express orders as soon as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will ship the same day. Charges for shipping method requested will be billed as indicated even if the manufacturer ships several days later.

Lost or Damaged Goods:

All packages must be inspected by the recipient upon delivery before accepted. If there is damage to the package have the carrier make a note immediately. If you receive a package that is in good condition but the merchandise is damaged, call us immediately. Save all of the packaging that came with it. At that time we will issue a claim. wallcovering-wallpaper.com is NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by delivery drivers; however, we will file a claim for lost or damaged packages and do everything we can to rectify the problem.

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver any or all of the products if such delay or failure is caused by lockouts or other labor disputes, production interruptions or limitations, shortages or late delivery of raw materials, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control.


The approximate shipping time on most items is 10-14 business days. Some items are special order and require additional delivery time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories allow 2-3 additional days for delivery.


We require 50% down of total order for items that are out of stock and on backorder. This is due to our commitment to the mill to manufacture our product. Merchandise will be shipped as soon as possible upon availability. Please be assured that we will always do our best to give you accurate delivery dates.

Returned Goods:

Return Authorization Form
Customer satisfaction is our goal at wallcovering-wallpaper.com. However, if you are unsatisfied with our products, please complete our online return authorization form for return. Authorization is required for all returns and must be obtained within 15 days of receipt of item. Custom made items are non-refundable. All others are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All refunds will be processed against the original form of payment. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please allow up to two weeks for us to inspect and process your return. A copy of the original order invoice should be included with the return shipment. Wallpaper cannot be returned for credit after it has been cut.
