We offer first-quality fabrics, trim, and wallcoverings for projects of every size — serving homeowners, interior decorators, designers, and contract purchasers with the same personalized attention and expertise.
We respect your privacy. We don’t sell or rent customer information, and we only share details as needed to process your order (payment + shipping).
Privacy Policy
Products are available for purchase by the general public, contract purchasers, interior decorators, and designers. We work hard to keep pricing, product details, and availability accurate and up to date. Occasionally, specifications, pricing, or images may change or contain errors, which we reserve the right to correct. Inventory availability may vary, and in-stock items are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Product images are provided for reference only and may vary from actual material due to dye lot variation, screen settings, and manufacturer updates. All in-stock quantities are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Wallpaper Samples
Wallpaper samples ship with free standard delivery* within the United States — typically via USPS. While samples do not need to be returned, customers who send them back within 30 days of receipt will receive a store credit toward a future purchase at InteriorDecorating.com. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for delivery. If you order samples from multiple manufacturers, they may arrive separately. If a sample is backordered, we’ll contact you with the expected ship date.
Expedited shipping is available for many sample orders; however, timing and cost may vary depending on the manufacturer. Because samples often ship directly from different brands, expedited charges may apply per manufacturer when multiple brands are ordered. While we maintain a large in-house sample inventory, many swatches ship directly from the manufacturer. In some cases, samples must first arrive at our office before expedited shipping can be arranged. When available, expedited options typically include FedEx 2-Day envelopes or USPS Priority Mail starting at approximately $10. Final expedited shipping options are determined on a per-order basis to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery.
International sample orders are typically shipped via postal service when available to help keep shipping costs affordable. International postal sample shipping is billed at $10 per shipment. If additional postage or special handling is required, we’ll contact you in advance for approval before shipping. If you prefer FedEx delivery options, simply let us know when placing your order.
Sample sizes vary by manufacturer and we’re not able to request specific sample dimensions. Most samples ship directly from the manufacturer and may include inserts or instructions that don’t apply to orders placed through our site.
Ordering
Orders submitted through our website are reviewed for accuracy and availability before payment is processed. We confirm stock, lead times, and any special shipping requests prior to issuing an invoice.
Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received on the issued invoice (or when a PayPal authorization is captured after review). Inventory and availability are not guaranteed until payment is completed.
You can also place orders by phone, email, or fax. Please have the item number ready for quicker processing.
Tax
All sales shipped out of the state of Arkansas within the United States will not be charged sales tax. Arkansas orders will be charged sales tax at the prevailing rate unless a sales tax permit is provided and verified.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or proforma (payment in advance). Checks returned for insufficient funds may be subject to a fee. Charges may appear as Interior Purchasing. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Shipping
Most wallpaper ships directly from the manufacturer, so carrier selection may vary. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the number of rolls ordered.
Additional confirmation may be required for express shipping requests, international orders, or shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
International shipping is available. Customers are responsible for shipping charges and any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. We will contact you with options and pricing before processing the order, and we will not charge payment until you approve the total (including shipping).
Express shipping (overnight, 2-day, etc.) is not guaranteed. We will place express orders as quickly as possible, but the manufacturer may not ship the same day.
Delivery
Most in-stock wallpaper orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Some patterns are special order and may require additional time. If extended lead times apply, we’ll let you know during order review. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories typically require additional transit time.
Backorders / Special Order
For items that are out of stock or require manufacturing, we typically require payment in full to place the order into production. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. For very large orders, deposit terms may be available by exception.
Returns
Returns require authorization and must be requested within 15 days of confirmed delivery (based on carrier tracking). Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Wallpaper Return Conditions
- Wallpaper may be returned only if the roll is unopened and in original manufacturer packaging (including shrink wrap or seals intact).
- Opened rolls, cut rolls, or rolls with broken packaging seals are not returnable.
Inspect Before You Install (it can save a big headache later)
Please inspect all wallpaper carefully before and during installation. Confirm the pattern, color, and dye lot numbers prior to hanging.
If you notice a defect or concern, stop installation immediately and contact us before additional material is cut or installed. Wallpaper that has been installed cannot be returned or credited, and labor charges are not reimbursable.
For best results, we recommend ordering all rolls needed for your project at the same time to help minimize dye lot variation.
Lost or Damaged Goods
Please inspect packages upon delivery. If the carton is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier when possible and keep all packaging. For concealed damage, contact us promptly and retain packaging for claim processing.
Time limit: Damage or defect claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery (based on carrier tracking). Please include clear photos of the item and packaging.
InteriorDecorating.com is not responsible for loss or damage after confirmed delivery by the carrier; however, we will assist in filing carrier claims and work with you to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
FORCE MAJEURE We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver any or all of the products if such delay or failure is caused by lockouts or other labor disputes, production interruptions or limitations, shortages or late delivery of raw materials, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control.
